You can disconnect the Delbando Media Buyer app and request deletion of information associated with your authorization at any time.
Disconnect access in Meta
Open your Facebook settings, go to Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, select Delbando Media Buyer, and choose Remove. You may also revoke the app’s access from the relevant Meta Business settings. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically delete records we are legally required to retain.
Request deletion from Delbando
Email joshua@humxnscreative.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request.” Include the name and email associated with your authorization and the relevant business or ad account ID. Do not include your password or access token. We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.
Processing and confirmation
Verified requests are generally completed within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted by law. We will delete or de-identify information under our control, except data that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, contractual, accounting, or legal obligations. We will confirm completion using the contact information supplied with the request.
