Del Bando & Partners, Inc. (“Delbando,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides advertising, media buying, creative, analytics, and growth services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use delbando.com, work with us, or authorize our tools to access advertising platforms such as Meta.
1. Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information you provide; website usage and device information; advertising account, campaign, ad set, creative, audience, conversion, and performance data you authorize us to access; public profile identifiers used for authentication; and access tokens or similar credentials required to connect authorized accounts. We do not request passwords for your Meta account.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve advertising services; create, manage, pause, publish, and report on campaigns at an authorized user’s direction; authenticate users and maintain integrations; analyze aggregated advertising performance; protect our systems; comply with law; and communicate about our services. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for unrelated purposes.
3. Meta Platform Data
When you authorize our Meta integration, we process only the permissions and data needed for advertising account management, ad creation, reporting, and insights. Access is limited to accounts you are authorized to manage. We process Meta Platform Data in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies and remove or de-identify it when it is no longer required.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with vendors that process data on our behalf, including OpenAI for authorized automation and analysis workflows, hosting, security, analytics, and professional service providers. These providers may use information only to deliver contracted services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, contractual obligations, security, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and secure credential handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You may disconnect our app in Meta’s settings, withdraw authorization, or request access, correction, or deletion of information we control. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. Instructions for requesting deletion are available at delbando.com/data-deletion.
