These Terms govern your use of delbando.com and services provided by Del Bando & Partners, Inc. By using our site or authorizing an integration, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized use
You must have authority to provide account access and direct advertising actions. You are responsible for reviewing campaigns, budgets, audiences, creative, claims, and regulatory requirements before activation. Automated tools may create drafts or execute authorized instructions but do not replace your business, legal, or compliance review.
2. Third-party platforms
Our services may connect with Meta, ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and other third parties. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, reviews, restrictions, policy decisions, or changes outside our control.
3. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials. Deliverable ownership and usage rights are governed by the applicable client agreement. You may not misuse our site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or use our materials in violation of law or contract.
4. Disclaimers and liability
Except as stated in a signed agreement, the site and integrations are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Results are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delbando disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or integrations.
5. General terms
A signed services agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Questions may be sent to joshua@humxnscreative.com.
