How Great Balls of Flour hit its biggest revenue month ever with the Profit-First Growth System, without touching the product, in one quarter.

We 5x’d their monthly revenue in a quarter.

Flat at a modest run rate when we took over in April. We rebuilt the funnel with new pages, a bundle builder, and profit-first media. Revenue 5x’d in weeks, into the brand’s biggest month ever.

The challenge

A proven product stuck under a hard ceiling.

Great Balls of Flour had real demand and repeat buyers, but paid growth had been flat for months. The funnel leaned on the standard product page, average order value was soft, and spend could not scale without ROAS falling apart. The job was to break the ceiling without breaking the margin.

What we did

We rebuilt the funnel, then poured fuel on it.

Four moves, run together: pages built to sell, a bundle builder to lift AOV, and media bought to profit, not vanity ROAS.

01

Landing pages that beat the PDP

Purpose-built pages that outsold the default product page and gave paid traffic somewhere that actually converts.

02

Custom bundle builder

We built bundle and gift-with-purchase logic to lift average order value and margin on every order, not just win the click.

03

Profit-first media buying

Meta and Google scaled to blended ROAS and contribution, so spend grew roughly 5× while staying profitable the whole way up.

The results

Revenue more than 5x’d, and held.

Monthly revenue, indexed to the pre-engagement baseline. We took over growth in mid-April, and the brand hit its peak month at more than 5× baseline.

The handover ramp: in the first two weeks after we took over, daily sales roughly doubled, and the brand went on to more than 5× its monthly revenue while holding ROAS.
All-time record: the peak month was the single highest-revenue month in Great Balls of Flour’s history, and the brand held near that level in the months after.
